Microgreens
-
Microgreens are a relatively new category of specialty crops. They are generally used to enhance salads or spruce up a sandwich and are finding a good amount of interest from hydroponics growers.
These two videos explain the microgreen market approach and the process used by UF/IFAS researchers in growing microgreens and were produced by the STEP Program.
